We are dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. Here's how our return and exchange policy works:
Quality Issues: If there's a problem with the quality of your glasses, you may return or exchange the glasses within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, or within 30 days of receiving them for store credit.
Non-Quality Issues: If you want to return or exchange your glasses for any other reason, you can do so within 14 days for a full refund on the frames and a 70% refund on custom lenses, based on the actual amount you paid. If you do this within 30 days, you'll receive store credit for the full price of the frames and 70% of the cost of custom lenses.
Shipping Cost: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for glasses returns or exchanges.
One-Time Return or Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange for any reason, the "exchange order" is not eligible for another exchange or return.Glasses on finalsale are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Condition of Returns: Glasses must be returned in their original and unmodified condition. Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
How to Start a Return: Email a return request to support@dillydollaroptical.com for a return label. A $5 flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return you mailed back.
