Single Vision: Choose Single Vision based on your prescription if you need correction for only one distance (near or far).
Progressive: Choose Progressive lenses based on your prescription if you need correction for both near and far vision, with a smooth transition.
If you wish to choose the Progressive option, the maximum ADD allowed is +3.5.

1.56 Standard/Medium Index Lenses: Our impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses are ideal for most prescription strengths. We recommend them for prescriptions that range between -4.00 and +4.00.
1.61 Moderate High Index Lenses: These lenses are moderately thinner and lighter, designed for people with mild to moderate prescriptions. The higher the index number, the thinner the lens will be, making it less bulky and more comfortable. We recommend them for prescriptions that range between +/-3.00 to +/-6.00，which is 20% thinner and lighter than regular lenses.
1.67 High Index Lenses: These lenses are thinner and lighter, designed for people with stronger prescriptions. We recommend them for prescriptions that range between +/-5.00 to +/-8.00, which is 30% thinner and lighter than regular lenses.
1.74 High Index Lenses: Thinnest lens for high prescriptions. We recommend them for prescriptions that range above +/-7.00, 40% thinner and lighter than regular lenses.

- Details: If you’ve ordered custom prescription glasses, please allow extra time for us to craft your lenses to your specifications before shipping.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. Here's how our return and exchange policy works:
Quality Issues: If there's a problem with the quality of your glasses, you may return or exchange the glasses within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, or within 30 days of receiving them for store credit.
Non-Quality Issues: If you want to return or exchange your glasses for any other reason, you can do so within 14 days for a full refund on the frames and a 70% refund on custom lenses, based on the actual amount you paid. If you do this within 30 days, you'll receive store credit for the full price of the frames and 70% of the cost of custom lenses.
Shipping Cost: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for glasses returns or exchanges.
One-Time Return or Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time return or exchange for any reason, the "exchange order" is not eligible for another exchange or return. Glasses on final sale are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Condition of Returns: Glasses must be returned in their original and unmodified condition. Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
How to Start a Return: Email a return request to support@dillydollaroptical.com for a return label. A $5 flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return you mailed back.
